For support coordinators
One less provider to chase.
You coordinate dozens of participants and providers. We make physio the part you don't have to think about: reliable visits, updates without asking, and reports that land before the plan review.
Referral response
Every referral acknowledged by the treating physio. Urgent? Call and we'll pick up.
Written progress update
Progress against goals, hours used and remaining, and what's next, straight to your inbox.
Report turnaround
Reports within 14 business days as standard. In genuine emergencies, we can turn a report around within 5.
Clear service agreements
Hours, frequency and block length agreed before we start. Plan managers invoiced directly.
The block update
Everything you'd ask for, before you ask.
At the end of each block you get a short, scannable summary. Enough to update your notes, answer a family's question or flag funding, without a phone call.
- Progress against each plan goal
- Hours used and hours remaining
- Risks, equipment needs and recommendations
- The plan for the next block
Flag: recommend OT review for a shower chair before the next block.
How we measure progress
Measured, not guessed.
Every participant is assessed with objective, repeatable measures at the start of care, then reassessed at the end of each block. Change is shown in numbers, not impressions, so every update and report stands up to a planner's scrutiny.
Handheld dynamometry
Muscle strength measured in kilograms of force, not estimated by feel. Small but meaningful gains are captured and compared side to side, block by block.
Goniometry
Joint range of motion recorded in degrees, so we can show range being protected, restored or improved over time.
Evidence-based functional tests
Validated outcome measures such as the Timed Up and Go, 30-Second Sit-to-Stand, 10-Metre Walk Test and Berg Balance Scale, chosen to match each participant's goals.
Assess at baseline. Reassess every block. Report the change.
Results feed directly into your block updates and progress reports, giving clear evidence for continued funding, equipment or changes to supports.
Reports & documentation
Written for the planner reading it.
Initial assessment
Baseline function, risks and measurable goals linked to the participant's plan.
Progress reports
Outcome measures, goal attainment and clear recommendations for the next plan.
Functional capacity assessments
For plan reviews, change of circumstance and transition planning.
Support worker care plans
Photo-based exercise guides so supports deliver therapy safely between visits.
