FAQs

Quick answers before you refer.

Who is eligible?

Endura is an unregistered NDIS provider, so we work with plan-managed and self-managed participants. We invoice plan managers directly.

What do you need with a referral?

Participant name and contact, NDIS number, plan dates, management type, funding available for physio, goals, and any recent reports. Missing something? Send what you have and we'll follow up.

How quickly can you start?

Every referral is acknowledged within one business day. We're currently accepting new referrals and will give you a first-visit date when we respond.

Do you charge for travel?

Travel is charged at the standard NDIS rate, for up to 30 minutes of travel to each appointment. It's set out clearly in every service agreement and agreed to before the first visit, so there are no surprises.

Can you write reports for a plan review or AT application?

Yes. Progress reports, functional capacity assessments and mobility equipment recommendations, within 14 business days as standard, or within 5 business days for emergency cases.

What areas are serviceable?

Home and community visits across Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan and the Gold Coast, plus telehealth. See services & areas for details.
