Who we work with

Built around the people who make NDIS supports work.

Support coordinators "I'm tired of chasing providers for updates and reports." You'll hear from us after every block, and reports arrive before plan review, not after it. How referrals work → OTs, allied health & SIL providers "I need a physio who'll actually work with my team." Shared goals, joint visits, care plans support workers can follow, and manual handling training for your staff. Working together → Participants & families "Getting to a clinic is half the battle." We come to you, at home, in the community or at the gym, and build therapy around your goals. What to expect →

Why coordinators switch to Endura

Less chasing. Fewer surprises. More time for your participants.

Most coordinators don't leave a provider over clinical skill. They leave over silence, late reports and missed visits. That's what we've built Endura around.

Chasing the physio for an update before a check-in

A written update after every block, sent to you without asking.

Reports arriving days before (or after) a plan review

Reports within 14 business days as standard, with a 5-day emergency turnaround when it's truly urgent.

Reports that don't give the planner what they need

Goal-linked, functional reports with clear recommendations for hours, AT and supports.

Hearing from the participant that a visit was missed

Reliable, confirmed scheduling, and you're told first if anything changes.

Funding running out mid-plan with no warning

Hours used and hours remaining included in every block update.

Our approach

Endure. Evolve. Excel.

Three phases of care that map cleanly onto NDIS goals and plan reviews, so everyone can see where the participant is and what comes next.

PHASE 01 · STABILISE

Endure

Comprehensive assessment of function, mobility and daily challenges. Manage symptoms, protect range and reduce falls risk.

Deliverable: initial assessment & goals

PHASE 02 · BUILD CAPACITY

Evolve

Progressive, evidence-based therapy in blocks. Strength, range and function measured with dynamometry, goniometry and validated tests, then reported as they build.

Deliverable: block updates & care plan

PHASE 03 · LIVE FULLY

Excel

Turn physical gains into independence at home and in the community, with supports in place to keep them.

Deliverable: progress report for plan review

Meet your physio

Nicholas Whimp

Registered Physiotherapist (Ahpra) · Founder, Endura Therapy

Nick has worked across private practice, NDIS, WorkCover and CTP rehabilitation, and before that worked as an NDIS support worker. He knows what a support worker can realistically do in a shift, what a coordinator needs before a plan review, and what a participant needs to feel safe trying something hard.

"Progress isn't built in one session. It's built through consistency, evidence, and working alongside the people who know each participant best."
